Product support
Something not behaving, a slide that will not import, a presenter window that will not land on the right screen. Tell us what you did and what happened.

Questions about the Free and Pro plans, a charge you did not expect, or a cancellation that did not take. Include the date and amount if it is about a payment.

Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion of your account and its contents. Email from the address on the account so we can verify it.
