Billing and plans
Podium has two plans and no hidden tiers. This page covers what each includes, what Pro costs, and how to change or cancel it.
What Free includes
The Free plan is a real plan, not a countdown. You get 2 projects and 6 presentations, with the full editor, the full library, and full presenter mode including dual-screen delivery. Nothing about the presenting experience is held back.
What Pro adds
Pro removes the project and presentation limits so your whole library can live in Podium. It costs $7 per month, or $60 per year — which works out to $5 per month, a saving of about 29% against monthly billing.
Upgrading
Open the billing page from your account and choose monthly or annual. Checkout is handled by our payment provider; Podium never sees your card details. Your plan updates as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the limits lift immediately.
Managing your subscription
The billing page shows your current plan, its status and the next renewal date. From there you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to Free. Your content is not deleted when that happens — existing presentations stay readable, but you will not be able to create new ones until you are back within the Free limits.
Something wrong with a charge?
If you see a duplicate charge, a renewal you tried to cancel, or anything else that looks wrong, email us with the date and amount and we will look into it and put it right.
Outgrowing the Free plan?
Pro lifts the project and presentation limits for $5 a month billed annually.
